This weekend workshop provides students with an introduction to photography and digital imaging. Basic photographic principles will be put into plain words, F-stop, shutter speed, ISO, and their relationship to each other will be clearly explained. In this class, you will learn how to properly use your digital camera and explore the fundamentals of the digital age. With a hands-on approach, light, form, composition are discussed. Through a series of photoshoots and critiques, you will make great strides in your photography.

Upon completing this workshop, you will have a clearer understanding of digital photography, computers, and what goes into making great photographs. In addition, this class will provide you with a solid foundation and the confidence needed to take on new photographic challenges.
